1. First of all download a jpegtopdf.exe file
2. Oneclixs to DOWNLOAD NOW
3. Oneclixs the Save button then
save your File or Data in your
destinations storage.
4. Double click the Icon or JPG2PDF.exe file
5. Oneclixs the Add files button then open your files.
6. Now start to select your file you want to convert.
7. Select your files do you want to convert.
8. Needed in-order files you select, after you save.
9. Check your destination or output path to save the PDF file.
10. Rename the JPEG_Output.pdf to your filename.(Do you want)
11. Then Oneclixs the Save PDF button.

have you checked out the quality of the conversion. I have tried other software for this but the results were not satisfactory.
This is a very common program, and easy to use no need for the instruction.
